Fulfillment Policy

At Exit Plan, we provide digital consulting services to entrepreneurs and business owners.

Once your purchase is confirmed:

You will receive an email confirmation with next steps within 1 business day. A link to schedule your 1-on-1 consultation or onboarding call will be provided within 24–48 business hours. All services are delivered virtually via Zoom, phone call, or through our client portal. Ongoing support (if included) is provided based on the specific package or agreement purchased.

Refund Policy

We are committed to helping our clients obtain funding through our proven system. If

no services is attained, you may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:


You must have watched and studied at least 80% of the curriculum provided. Your profile must not have been negatively impacted by new derogatory marks that are not related to Exit Plan’s services. You must provide tangible proof of services not provided


If these conditions are met, a refund may be granted at the discretion of the Exit Plan team. All refunds will:


Be issued in the form of a payment plan of up to five (5) payments, spaced 30 days apart. Be subject to the full terms and conditions of your signed service agreement. Be reduced by $750, which will be retained to cover marketing and service-related expenses.




Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your 1-on-1 consultation call or onboarding session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
